Oh yeah, Felix Hernandez. I remember reading the Wiki on slugging percentage a lot while I was trying to remember the longer formula for it ([1B+(2x2B)+(3x3B)+(4x4B)]/AB) and I saw Felix's name in the article. Then I found out that TB/AB does the exact same thing and haven't been to it since.

This is my honest opinion. I loved the set up and it really flowed, but I'm not coming to the stone forums to hear two people talk about sports. Let alone two people who have no experience in sports broadcasting or color commentating. I like the idea of having the guest choose favorite DMB songs. Maybe from their own collection, etc.


If you guys want to do a sports like talk, do it on DMB stuff. Or not even DMB, just music. So overall I like it, but it needs better substance. You really need to have someone drawn into your podcast. I was asleep through the baseball predictions. If not just act a bit more animated on your picks.

Yeah, I didn't really know what to talk with Miles about, so I just chose two subjects from TSF. Also, I didn't know how to apply humor to it, because I've never done a podcast before.

Maybe the guests can choose what to talk about?

I like that idea. Make it more of a variety/talk show than anything else. The guest can choose what they want to talk about. Then maybe every week or so you hear Miles you will know you will get your sports fix, etc. Maybe spotlight members. It will be stupid, cause the internet is serious, but that's what will make it enjoyable to listen to. Obviously have some structure to it, but the randomness will fuel it.
